FUN, FUNDAMENTALS, FITNESS, is core to our Baseball Program.  We offer indoor winder clinics to prepare our players for the upcoming Spring Recreational Baseball Program which runs April-June.

Recreational Baseball Program: (April-June) is organized into Tball, Rookies (machine pitch and kid pitch programs), Minor Level, Major Level, and Seniors.  The objective is to provide our players with an opportunity to learn the fundamentals, experience each position, and have fun!  This program is focused on teaching the basics of the game.

Registration is based on the players age as of May 1.

  • Rookies     7-8          $140
  • Minors       9-10        $150
  • Majors      11-12       $150

"Play-up" exceptions are made based on skill level, experience, and player evaluation.  Most exception requests are made when a player is the youngest in his/her grade and"play-up" to be with their friends.  We understand this circumstance, and will accommodate the request as long as the players safety is not at risk.  Please contact the DTAA Board at dtaasport@gmail.com by March 1, 2017 for approval.

Tournament Baseball Program:  (May-August) is a competitive program made up of players from the local area who tryout and make the team.  The objective is to provide our players with an opportunity to experience the game at a more competitive level.  We aim to compete in a few local tournaments (eg Branchburg, Hillsboro, Flemington etc).

About our Coaches

We are volunteers who coach because of the kids and the passion we have for baseball.  There is no other feeling quite like helping young players further develop their natural persistence, determination, discipline, dedication, connection with, respect for, and love of the game.  We appreciate you sharing your kids with us, so we can continue the great American past time!

"You freely gave of your time and talent to teach me how to play.  With patience and encouragement you guided me each day.  You said winning isn't everything, above all else have fun.  Well, win or lose, as my coach you'll always be #1"
